None of the staff wore masks when they came to see me at a time when the COVID-19 pandemic was increasing. The condition of the room was not ready, while my condition was very tired after the trip. AC is not cold.

I was late checking in on the 16th at 3 am, but I ordered it on the application on the 15th, and in my opinion there is no reason from the manager not to complete the facilities in the guest rooms. I give thumbs up for the sharia, but unfortunately not for the facilities, very bad. There are no toiletries, no towels, no mineral water unless you buy it but the receptionist is difficult to contact. I hope I'm the only one who has this kind of experience.

I have a reservation on the top floor and I have also paid in full. But when I got there, I was given the 1st floor and it was all dirty. Random rooms. The bed linen was also full of stains, even the floor was dirty full of dust. Towels are also not suitable for use. the service is also not good, not polite.

First enter the hotel room, the air is damp and not clean, rather uncomfortable. Check all the lights, it turns out that the bathroom lights are not on. Finally the room was moved and the second room was all dark but the floor was not clean, the mattress looked like it had just been used that had not been tidied up, the bathroom was not clean and the rusty soap holder was enough just once.

The hot air conditioner has asked for receptionist service but the answer is like that the standard, the water dispenser cannot be hot. There is no mineral water, toothpaste and toothbrushes are not provided. Narrow parking lot.

Alhamdulillah, 2 nights stay here, the service is good, the receptionist is friendly, especially the mas who when I checked-in was very helpful in choosing the best room. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean and has warm and cold water. There is also a Koran and prayer mats for guests. Only maybe in the future it is necessary to provide a bath mat and a trash can. Overall in my opinion Oyo 240 Surabaya is recommended.
