The room is not soundproof so it is disturbed to sleep. The price is 5 times more expensive than in the app because it has not been updated. The room is very small.

Sorry to have to review like this, initially booked room 202 but when we checked in it turned out there were a lot of cockroaches, then asked to move to the next room and the AC couldn't be turned on, the floor was also leaking. Even sleeping using a fan. There was no price reduction and the reason was that they had already made a report to the boss. Customer comfort should be prioritized.

This hotel has very bad serving to customer. Very ego receptionist and low hospitality to guests. I don't recommend you to stay here. Also, this hotel so many hidden charges and payment, however you paid already the hotel. The recpetionist ask me to pay another charges, room charges, and very slow services. I bring my babies and I got so bad experiences in this hotel.

The price in the app and the original is different, when they arrive they ask for additional multiples, the room is very dirty, dusty, lots of cockroaches, the bathroom smells like a drain. The staff is also disgusting, unfriendly, snappy, snaps, laughs at customers! Please change it!

The price does not match the apps at the location asked for another 100 thousand, not including the deposit, the room like the sheets have not been changed for a long time, because like the smell of old cloth lies, I who are allergic to dust sneeze all night - co facilities are not appropriate. Datang ke sanKondisi kamar dikasih yang pertama lembab dan pengap. Lalu pindah ke yang ke dua berdebu banget. Posisi kurang private. Minta deposit harus cash ga bisa non tunai, dan kita bilang nanti tarik uang dulu tapi diminta terus lewat WA sampai risih banget rasanya. Sudah check out pun masih dimintakan bukti pembayaran secara manual lewat WA. Sumpah ini mengganggu dan gak profesional banget. Untung resepsionis cukup ramah ya. Tapi harga 160 ribu untuk pelayanan yang tidak profesional, saya sarankan pemilik untuk berbenah dulu.
