Boro boro nginep. Penjaga lobi nya aja ga ada. Ak Dateng sekitar jam 22 malam. Blas gak ada orang nya. Di telpon dengan kontak tertera aktip padahal berulang kali di hubungi gak di respon sama sekali. Giliran ku tanya sama orang yang menginap di situ. Dia menjawab Ms. Pesen pakai apa, aplikasi Traveloka. Kata nya gak berlaku untuk Traveloka. Sama sekali tidak ada pertanggung jawaban dari pihak hotel ini. Duet sudah di bayarkan. Sodakoh Bae retinyo Samo pihak hotel ini.

Saat check in dibilang kamar penuh, dan disuruh ambil kamar lain dengan harga 150rb, akhirnya setelah nego dengan berdebat, nambah 50rb. Dapet kamar gak ada ac, kasur kotor, seprei kotor, kunci kamar rusak dan pintu balkon gak ada kunci. Kapok menginap di sini, masak sekelas OYO gak survey dulu penginapan rekanan²nya. Buat calon pengunjung, mending cari penginapan di tengah kota dengan harga nambah beberapa puluh ribu rupiah, namun jelas pelayanannya.

Doesn't match the photo, the sheets have holes, the mattress & pillows are no longer suitable for use. The atmosphere is not comfortable. Many teenagers were free, screaming until dawn.

The place is dirty, the mattress is ugly and the sheets are dirty as if they haven't been washed. Then there was no water in the toilet. Doesn't match the advertising photo. I really regretted staying there, I immediately checked out the accommodation and it seemed like it wasn't right 😤😒.

Maaf, saya pesan hotel itu dari aplikasi yang terpercaya, karena saya itu di Jambi pesan buat adik yang akan bekerja di Palembang, karena tidak ada saudara di sana dan bahkan belum pernah main ke Palembang. Wajar dong saya pesan dari aplikasi. Singkat cerita tiba adik saya di hotel, pelayanan sangat tidak ramah, dan dia malah bilang ke adik saya lain kali kalau pesan jangan dari aplikasia agen online. Dia tanya sudah bayar, adik saya bilang sudah saya bayar untuk 2 malam. Si petugas memberi kamar bekas orang pakai, kamar yang bau, AC mati, kipas gak ada, pintu ke lobby tidak berkunci, hanya tutup pakai batu dan tidak ada engsel. Bayangin gimana mau tenang tidur di kamar begitu. Dan adik saya nelepon nangis mengadu ke saya. Akhirnya saya bilang ke adik saya kamu check out dari situ dan cari hotel yang pas buat kamu dan dekat dari tempat kerja kamu, ikhlaskan aja itu uang yang sudah masuk. Dan tanpa pikir panjang saat itu juga adik ku check out dari OYO tersebut.

Not according to what is in the ad. Used room, stained sheets. Using a broken fan, mahab bae wants to stay there, the money is spoiled, I don't transfer it from the donation to the hereafter. You're miserable. 😡.

We arrived at the hotel around 10pm, there was no receptionist there, no one was called to call, in the end we didn't stay overnight, this was not a hotel but a halfway house, very disappointing, can the money that I paid through Traveloka be returned 😩
