It's bad, even though it's booked and will pay at check-in, but when it arrives it says it's fully booked, where is the hotel in a narrow alley, it's hard to find the location.

For this price the facilities offered are very good, there is already air conditioning, large rooms, private bathrooms, there are towels, toiletry, blankets you can ask the receptionist for, the receptionist is also friendly, only the lack of a bathroom is a bit less clean, the rest is good.

Sangat memuaskan dengan fasilitas hotel nya, free wifi, AC, TV. Rapi dan juga bersih, harga terjangkau untuk saya yang jauh dari pontianak. Hotel/penginapan di sini sangat cocok untuk kita yang mungkin untuk menghemat² biaya.

The room is very small, there are no blankets, the tv is cracked, the flusher doesn't work, the tap water is small, there is only one towel, there is no drinking water, the bed is noisy, the sheets have stains.

The room is not comfortable, there is no slimut, the remote AC does not work properly, the remote tv is broken, night out is also limited to 10 pm like a boarding house child.

This inn is more suitable as a boarding house, not as a home stay or a hotel that can be used for daily stays. There is no guard, no room equipment. There are only beds, mattresses, bed linen without other facilities. Similar to the place for monthly boarding. Even though at the same price, other places can provide toiletries, even aqua / coffee, snacks, etc.

In terms of service, the hostel staff is very friendly and good at picking up. As an input to make it even better, repairs are needed in some facilities, namely the drainage in the bathroom is clogged up the shower is not working optimally and the room has no cooler to be hot and stuffy, the room air conditioner also needs to be replaced, the others have good need to be improved back.
