The key can't be removed from the door, when we go out to buy food, we have to carry things everywhere, we have complained, the owner can't remove the key either.

1. The room is not like in the photo. It should be if you want to post a photo of the appropriate room, the room is really dirty. Moreover, the bathroom is really dirty, really dirty. The room also has a lot of ants. It's like it's not just cleaned. With 160k, it's not really worth it. The problem is there is another inn below that and the place is more human. 2. The service is very bad. The front office is not in its position. Even left to sleep in his room. Even though the guest is still looking. Serving him is also very bitchy. It's like I don't want to work. Anyway, here is my worst experience staying at a guest house. From the venue session & the service is very bad and unhygienic.

The service is okay, but please improve room facilities, especially the water must be clean, odorless, sheets and pillowcases should be washed / laundry so that the customer is comfortable. Incidentally yesterday I personally ordered several rooms, for families but as a result we were not satisfied with the room facilities. thanks.

Have stayed several times, satisfying but for this time, the hotel room was really disappointing. the rooms are not neat, the toilet water does not come out, the bathroom has no clothes hanger, the room door is rather difficult to close. Please pay more attention to guest satisfaction and comfort.
