Actually the accommodation facilities are okay for the price but it seems like the maintenance is still lacking. Spacious rooms with swimming pool. AC cold. I think the interior is nice. Affordable price. The corridor was cleaned quickly (at night when there were lots of traffickers, it was clean in the morning), the location is close to a major road. Parking is decent. There are dim lights that can be adjusted brightly. The swimming pool was cleaned but it was quite late in the day so I couldn't use it. The room was a bit dirty (there was hair and even caterpillars). There are parts of the room that are dirty. The bathroom is poorly maintained, there are towels but no toiletries. If the sink is loud it gets hot. The TV has no signal, the remote is broken :(. Fill your own mineral water downstairs (the room is above), use a dispenser that has cold water but doesn't turn it on.

The check-in process took a long time, the clerk was not there (was sleeping) there was another officer but the key was brought by the sleeping officer. The most disappointed, the swimming pool cannot be used. The promise is that tomorrow afternoon it can be used but it won't be cleaned until I check out, the swimming pool hasn't been cleaned & can't be used.

The inn is dirty, it seems that it is rarely maintained, the swimming pool is not ready for use, the staff do not understand about the online booking application system.

It's really annoying, why don't you say that the room is damaged and can't be used, when you get there, you can't check in, it's too late to want a refund, how about this?

I did check in late, just arrived from East Java at 4 in the morning. There was more than half an hour when I knocked on the door, starting slowly until it was a bit loud. Suddenly the guard woke up angry with a machete. I repeat bring a machete. After that, if you want to check in, you have to add 170 thousand. CRAZY.

I arrived at the hotel being refused even though I had paid in full. What to do? Travelka what about my booking. Please process immediately.

Aku merekomendasikan kalian kalau ke Jogja nginap di sini. Aku dapat harga 120k/malam, so lucky I am. Murah tapi bagus. Nuansanya hommy tapi kamarnya kualitas hotel meski namanya homestay. Eksteriornya juga keren. Kece deh. Buat keluarga oke banget. Dijamin betah.

Disrespectful service / minimal attitude, rooms do not match what is stated in the application, rooms are smelly and dirty, no toiletries and towels only 1. More disappointed with the service, even though Jogja is known to be gentle and friendly .

The place is quite comfortable at a price of 130 thousand. No mineral water shampoo soap.

The swimming pool is dirty, and cannot be used, the room also smells, there is a lot of dirt under the bed, the dust is not swept, the employees are not friendly, no attitude.

Kamarnya lumayan bersih, tapi blower kamar mandi mati, pegawai agak kurang ramah. Tapi kalo ke tamu cewek ramah banget ya, lokasinya masuk banget dalam gang, kalo cari makan harus keluar jauh. Hanya ada 1 angkringan dan 1 warung makan terdekat tp pas ke sini pada tutup.

Early here, choose the type of twin bed room, the room is musty, the bathroom is dirty, then here again 2 and 3 times choose the deluxe double room type, the room is more comfortable but the floor is a bit dusty and the bathroom blower is off. But I still recommend this deluxe type, anyway, the seller is a bit less friendly, huh. But I've seen that female guests are more friendly and want to take them to their rooms.

Class oyo 200 thousand but only 1 towel is rotten and no toiletries are provided so you have to buy it first, it took a long time to check in because it was overloaded, in the photo it looks really good, it's just that the inside isn't very good.

Gak dapat air mineral. Disediakan galon dan dispenser. Gak dapat kopi/teh. Disediain dapur umum. Gak dapat sabun, shampoo, dkk. Handuk cuma 1. Gak dpt sinyal WiFi. TV bisa, AC adem. Ada yang komen staff kurang ramah, tapi buat aku mah biasa aja 😂. Maklumin banget karena staff-nya orang timur, jadi nada tinggi. Staffnya rajin dan bersihan banget. Gak ada restoran. Banyak bakul lewat, sore pas ujan bakso lewat, Pagi2 bakul bakpau lewat, deket sama JCM, KFC, McD, jadi bisa banget bawa indomie dari rumah, nanti habis renang dimasak sendiri. Prepare alat mandi sendiri juga yes. Namanya juga hotel low budget. Pas jaman pandemi nyari hotel AC + ada pool-nya 100-an mah banyak & gampang. Sekarang dapat 200rb udah lumayan banget cuy 😄
