Dirty room, no water upon check in. Need asking twice to get a bottle of water. No tooth brush, half full liquid soap. What a joke.

Rooms with dirty walls, dirty toilets, hot air conditioning, hard spring beds, you need anything to go to the receptionist, you can't drink a bottle, the bathroom is cramped ... well, if it's 100 thousand different it's better in the hotel ... Not recommended! won't want to come back again ðŸ˜

Kamar kotor, dinding kotor, AC kurang dingin, kloset wc kotor. Handuk dan keset baru disediakan setelah komplain. Tidak ada password WiFi di kamar, karena tidak ada telpon di kamar jadi males kalau naik turun cuma nanyakan password WiFi. ya sesuai harga mungkin.

Before check-in, you have to deposit Rp. 100,000, when I ordered, I asked for the sheets to be replaced, new blankets because I was dirty before. I checked in for my brother (boy). When we checked out, the receptionist, the deposit money could not be returned because there was a blood stain on the blanket, because he was a man who said yes. but I could not accept it, the blanket was indeed dirty from before, because it seemed like I asked for the deposit to be returned. I got angry because it was Oyo Sentraland fraud! I complained, he did not dodge and immediately returned 100 thousand. Didn't say sorry or anything to the customer! So when anyone checks out, please don't believe it right away because it's a trick of the officers and receptionists to find additional money!

For a strategic location, the FO service is also quite good, it's just that in the room there are many shortcomings, starting from bed sheets and pillowcases that have lots of stains, smelly toilet water, cable TV does not function properly because it cannot log into indihome, FO numbers do not reply when dichat via WA to submit these complaints.

The TV does not turn on, the air conditioner is not cold, it is just the wind, the room is very dirty, there is no replacement for the bed cover, the room is not cleaned.
