I understand if there are covid 19 conditions now. Only if the hotel is closed, why is it still available, it's the hotel on the list, Why isn't it off, I've already paid, eh when it arrived the location was closed, then what was the policy.

check-in at 4 in the evening the room is not ready yet, even though the room should be ready at 2 ... the AC is not cold ,, the sink water smells, the electricity in the room is dead for 1 hour and the home stay side does not check ... we have to deposit 100 thousand in cash if we intend to stay instead want to steal goods, it's the first time staying at a hotel that has to deposit first.

It's the same as the price, clean, comfortable, the air-conditioner is cold for a long time, Surabaya is hot, so I want to go straight to the room to cress, but I have to wait for a long time to leave it first, cool it first. The bathroom was clean, there was hot water, only the sink water was rather smelly.

The hotel is rather in an alley. But close if you want to Tunjungan Plaza. For the building is still new and cleanliness of the rooms, quite good. and the owner is quite friendly. all quite impressive.
