I am very happy to stay here right the villa is beautiful and clean and well-maintained, the breakfast is not disappointing at all. Including the service was also amazing, nothing I was disappointed. God willing, we will return if there is sustenance. Tetep provides the best service for consumers so that I am satisfied to stay there and will return again.

Well maintained, clean, comfortable villas and friendly and deft staff. It is suitable for couples who are honeymooners, but not recommended for family vacations. Because the surrounding environment is very quiet. And there aren't many game choices. In addition, the price of food in the villa is a little unreasonable (around 200rban / portion on average). Imagine how much money you have to spend on food costs, if you bring a family. While to buy food outside the villa there are also not many choices, and the price is also still expensive. The breakfast menu is not much and lacks variety. So sometimes we prefer breakfast instant noodles rather than breakfast at the hotel. The security is a little excessive in my opinion. How come we want to get out of the villa and ask where are we going? What is the business? It doesn't mean that while staying here it's not okay. Okay, the villa. It's just not fun ... I can't get the vacation.

we had an excellent stay and the service was superb! on our second day, they left us a message and some flowers on the bed after they cleaned the room. they also gave us complimentary snacks on our second night. so sweet of them! they also offer buggy rides to and from your villa to other locations within the vicinity. if you are looking to just spend quality time and chill with your friends and family in the villa, then this is the villa for you. please note that food and activities are quite limited. we had to go to plaza lagoi for cheaper food options

A little bit disappointed because I ordered 1 bedroom villa for my mom, dad, me, and my brother. We usually just ordered hotel like that, and sometimes with extra bed if the room is too small. But come on, this is villa and of course it will be so spacious. But the hotel insist that we have to take 2 bedroom villa because of their private concept and I have to pay additional fee 3 million rupiahs! Meanwhile, I saw the room next to me has lots of shoes in front of their doors and I heard lots of people playing in the swimming pool so I expect there are more than 4 people in that room and the hotel do nothing. After all, the villa was nice. The staffs are very friendly, and also nice facility. Although, I was also disappointed because how could I pay such high rates and there are no gym facility.
