Pinx's Hostel

I booked a double room in this hostel which was well rated. I think I had the worst (room and° 306): correct bedding, Wi-Fi undetectable in this room and slow in other areas, the towels placed on the bed were wet, and so was the bed, the walls were cracked, the toilets were leaking, the tap is so short that it is impossible to wash your hands, the shower pressure was not good at all, as a result I had to use the toilet shower to wash myself, the worst, I have doubts about cleaning the rooms because there were cockroaches when I returned late one evening. Very nice to have to ask to change rooms and move all your stuff after a long day and the bedding in the other room is very average. Otherwise I will try to say good things about the hostel: the decoration is nice between wooden and industrial style, the lobby is very large, there is a connected TV with Netflix, some board games, a water fountain, cutlery and dishes as well as a microwave to be able to reheat your food. No breakfasts offered however. The hostel is open to the 4 winds so there are mosquitoes everywhere, especially on the 3rd floor (that of the individual rooms) as well as in the lobby, this makes the stay and the presence in common areas much less pleasant. The water fountain on the 3rd floor was never changed during my stay. The person at reception I dealt with one evening was really not friendly. I asked him for change so I could pay for a taxi, he told me they didn't have any change. Which is a lie since they accept it when you pay for the reservation and I had to leave a cash deposit for the room key. He lied to me even more when I wanted to break my ticket by buying a packet of biscuits that the hostel offered at reception, saying that he didn't have the money to give me change.

Stay only for one night. No water in the shower room when I took a bath. 🥲 the nettoyer brought a bucket of water 🤣 such an experience! The room was so hot and people got moved to the better one. But I stayed. Too tired and so hassle. Over all its so so. Tengs!

Perfect place for those who are looking for a place only to sleep or short transit, unless you consider privacy as a priority, since there can be more than 10 people in one room so it might be uncomfortable for some people. however they provide a save locker under the bed, and the bed itself is quite spacious compare to others dormitory styled hostels. Cleanness is okay, towel is also provided but toiletries like soap and shampoo are excluded. The location is quite strategic with nearby public transport station (Stasiun Rajawali or Halte TransJakarta Jembatan Merah)

Staff is helpful, but the room is too cold. Many mosquito. Bathroom area is not so clean.

It 's so clean 😊😄 love the simple decorations of the room, for me the most important is the toilet, and the toilet it 's very clean, even the hot water not working well it 's not the big deal for me, but the cleanliness is the no 1. Really worth it for stay and the price is good enough, 👍 really recommended backpacker hotel 👍.

The receptions are friendly to customer who would like to check-in, rooms and dormitories are clean and neat, bathroom and toilet are clean too, highly recommended for those who want to stay during holiday time in here.

the staff were really helpful. the room quite aesthetic. only the toilet kinda stinks, not sure where it came from. and my room got lot of mosquitoes so I stayed up all night because of it. wifi doesn't reach my room, and tv channels not working. maybe its not my luck got a room like that 😢

Very clean hotel easy to early check in.

All is good except for the common area which is a bit uncomfortable because shortage of fans and the AC is only switched on for 7 or more guests.
