The hotel is ok, typical of old but well maintained Hotel. Complete facilities, generous breakfast. Could use little more maintenance. Perfect for those who are in Batam for work.

Staycation

I booked deluxe room with balcony view swimming pool, its been amazing experience stay here, cause its Hari Raya 2023 and the mosque 's just in front of hotel, we walked to mosque for Eid Pray and breakfast with longtong menu at hotel, really Eid vibes, looks like old hotel but they maintain the cleanliness, friendly staff and very fast process to check out. Thank you Traveloka and Planet hotel for the good services!

Holiday

1. Unfriendly staff. 2. Booking for room even fill up special request of asking high floor and large bed. Instead I was given twin bed. When requested to change to large was inform none. I was not told when I check in. I came with my wife and my son who is 15 month old. Ended we slept separately. Sigh. 3. The breakfast foods was not much varieties. Some tasteless. 4. I didn't take any photos either the room nor breakfast area. Simply moody.

It was a bad experience for me and my husband, we check in late at night and we encountered unprofessional receptionist, we got smelly room with dusty chairs full of cigarettes, dirty pillow case and toilet seat, worst part is noisy room as there 's a club in this hotel at level 4, so if you get level 6 please just change your room or better find somewhere else.
