Room is not that large but they use the space in a very optimal way (example: there's a bathtub even if it's slightly smaller). Bed is comfortable with great pillow, they even have various pillow menu. View from window is great. Breakfast buffet has great variety and delicious

The worse 5 stars hotel I ever seen in my life. The room was not even worth 1 star. I deeply regret paying such a lot of money to stay in that kind of room. I asked for 2 hours additional check out and they ask me to pay. In such a lausy room. The only thing that cheers me is the oxtail soup. They have the best.

We're waiting for almost 2 hours for get into our room. We already did the checking but need to wait for that long time. I need to get back into the receptionist every 15 minutes, and it 's always long queue.

Good hospitality since I am hosting an event here then I stay during that session. The view is great for the city, good food with many variance of Asian food. Fast service for all hospitality need.
