I am giving my 10 thumbs to Ridwan-receptionist for his warm and helpful assistance during my stay. Maybe for some people its just a simple thing but the way he recognize my name and greet me at first place but it certainly make me feel like I am staying not in a hotel but my own home. Keep it up Ridwan, see you soon!

A nice stay experience in overal. Clean accommodation and complete amenities. Breakfast is also has satisfying taste. Things need to be improved is experience while checking in. 1. Room cannot be unlocked with provided key card, hence need to call the staff for help and they provided the correct key. Eventually the room is now unlocked. 2. I have put notes for non-smoking room. However provided room (2792) is having a strong cigarette smoke smell plus the AC inner unit was opened (I don't know what this means, is the room properly set for coming guest? Or is it only one of unfortunate event?). This should be one of attention since I already put the notes upon reservation. However the plus side, staff immediately provide room replacement at higher floor and giving us some explanation regarding the room should be a non-smoking one. Hopefully the next experience with Sahid Serpong hotel can be better. I give 3 out of 4 for this experience. A good experience but can be better. 🙂

Actually, overall is OK but the parking lot is not that easy to reach. Not on all floor have access to lift.
