The location is very strategic, near a gasoline station and all food stalls on a main city road in Parapat, Jl. Sisingamangaraja.

First time staying here, I like it. The room is not too small, it is quite spacious. The bathroom has hot/regular water, the bathroom size is quite spacious, the room, bathroom & the area around the inn are also clean. Comfortable. Next time we want to book there again if we go to Parapat again. Thanks.

I m happy with my one night stay at this hotel. At first, I didn't have high expectations, but when I enter the room, I was happy because it was clean and comfortable. Even the bathroom also clean (and has hot shower). No aircon (the surrounding already cold), just one wall fan. Overall … nice hotel ❤.

Please ask the RedDoorz @ Parapat management at the reception to be trained again, I ordered in the application, the payment was successful & verified with my order number already there, but a man (I don't know his name) at the reception said there was no order in my name when I checked in at 23.30 WIB, so I had to wait approximately 2 hours, he said he was trying to contact management, on the one hand I asked who the older brother was, at the bottom of the stairs who was on the phone, he answered the reception too sir, then I was left and told to wait , I tried to say to the older brother who had called earlier, please help me and pay attention because I brought my small child, I came from outside the area, namely Pekanbaru, Sis, he answered yes sir, while he was busy on the phone and called the man who had just said it. who said there wasn't any, and I was still told to wait, finally I waited in the living room, because it had been almost 2 hours I tried to approach my sister who was still on the phone, I said 'Sis, please check, I ask for your cooperation and attention, I I have children in the car, I'm waiting, my child is still small, I'm from Pekanbaru, it's just arrived, sis', the answer was yes sir, finally the older brother stood up and went to the reception room and checked it via the computer, it turned out that it was a shame that my order number was already there. It's been there since before, I immediately made a confirmation and prepared the room, then I asked, why didn't my brother say anything earlier, he answered 'I'm sorry sir, it's been there a long time ago, he doesn't understand, he's still training. I'm sorry, sir'. But I didn't see the man anymore at that time. Hopefully the future will be better. Thank You.

The room does not match the description on the application. In the application it says there is AC. But in the hotel there is no air conditioning.

Akomodasi tidak menerima reservasi disuruh menunggu tanpa kejelasan selama 1 jam. Ujung-ujungnya di cancel secara sepihak tanpa konfirmasi dan merusak agenda liburan. Tidak usah pesan di aplikasi ini dan di hotel ini.

Dirty, noisy because it is close to the road and the toilet is very smelly 😑

I was so unhappy because the places was not so clean, towel dirty, no water and soap as well toothbrushes provided unless we ask them, I may not recommend this places to others thanks

Shower is not working, hot water is not coming out and water is out. mineral water is not available.

The water was poor, not alive, disappointed me, was not given a towel.
