The hotel is very strategic to my destination, everything is in very good condition, the AC is cold, there is hot water, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, then maybe the plugs can be made a little lower around the mattress. Thank You.

Staff hotel ramah dan sangat bertanggung jawab, saya complain mengenai bidet dan kamar mandi yang menggenang langsung ditangani (saya complain karena bidetnya keluar air terus dan langsung diganti dengan bidet yang baru langsung dibeli oleh staff nya) Dan saya dapat minuman gratis atas apresiasi ke saya karena saya wisuda dengan predikat cumlaude dan hal tersebut membuat saya senang sekali untuk menginap di sana. There were actually a lot of mosquitoes in the room, then the staff asked for Baygon spray but they didn't finish it. The hotel had to provide mosquito spray so that those staying could be comfortable. My children cried because they were bitten by mosquitoes. I've given up on spending the night here again until I checked out. 12 o'clock at night because my children were already crying and uncomfortable.
