The staff is nice and adept at helping but the information provided on the app should be changed to check out until 12 noon. The rest is good, thank you.

Cleanliness is lacking, the ceiling has lots of holes, lots of insects in the bathroom, the AC is not cold enough.

Dirty, poor service, you have to complain first and then go. If for a business trip, you need to sleep for a while, don't get this dirty, pay more attention to the facilities, maybe the reddoorz isn't good in terms of results, so the residence isn't well maintained.

Very dirty. Hot water doesn't work, the front of the room is very crowded to hang out, there is no TV remote.

Kurang lengkap kamar tidur jorok kurang bersih banyak bekas di dinding dan banyak sarang laba-laba di atap, kamar mandi juga bau tidak ada sabun dan sampo, TV tidak bisa digunakan tidak ada remot, AC kurang dingin padahal harga permalam cukup mahal.
