The room doesn't match the photo, the bed sheets are dirty like they haven't been replaced, the bathroom is dirty, the room smells musty. Moreover, the toilet is clogged, we have complained but there has been no response. I booked 2 premium rooms for a family who came from far outside the city, but both were the same. How about a standard room? Really disappointing for a break. What's even more surprising is that there are people who stay at hotels like that, mostly young couples.

The rooms are really dirty, lots of small cockroaches. The bathroom is like a bathroom on a train. Plus, this is the first time I felt like the hotel had a blackout. Very cool. Don't be fooled, the outside looks pretty good. I really regret it and won't do it again.
