Usually book a reddoorz room here, but yesterday I tried the deluxe, hoping to get upgraded facilities from the usual. But in reality, the room was full of dust, cockroaches everywhere, the AC was not cold, the bathroom was dirty, the towels seemed more appropriate to be called doormats than towels. The only plus is because the location is strategic and the security is friendly. Please improve the cleanliness.

The check-in process was fast, the staff was quite friendly, the downside was that there were mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room, the pillows looked like they had stains, the refrigerator also looked like it had never been cleaned, the smell was pungent, other than that it was pretty good for just transit.

dirty pillows, sheets, blankets! the pillow smelled bad, the blanket smelled bad, the sheets were very dirty, the mattress was full of mites until the skin itched, many people stayed up late in the lobby, the noise made it difficult to sleep. What are the benefits of a tarpaulin mattress? makes sleeping more uncomfortable, the AC is cold

Very good, everyone in Palembang must come here. The place is comfortable, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean but unfortunately the bathroom door can't be locked. Highly recommended for staying overnight, and strategic location but unfortunately there is no car park.

Every time you go to Palembang you will definitely stay here, the accommodation is clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean but unfortunately the bathroom door is broken and can't be locked, the cleaning service is good.
