Sarung bantal tidak diganti dan masih kelihatan kotornya, klosetnya tidak keluar airnya, malah jadi siram manual. Kamar mandinya juga masih ada sarang laba-labanya.

Mohon maaf banget, tapi saya sedikit kecewa setelah saya menginap di sini, yang pertama: saya pesan 1 double bed tapi dikasihnya 2 bed twin, air panasnya agak lama proses panasnya, pas malam lampunya mati, AC mati, listrik mati, hanya 1 lampu yang nyala, yang paling mengecewakan kloset duduk nggak berfungsi, jadi harus siram manual, padahal saja jijikan orangnya, FYI saya menginap di kamar 218, mungkin pihak pengelola bisa lebih memperbaiki ke depannya, terima kasih.
