Room kind of big, floor clean. You get more then what you expected with the price. Near city closes to everywhere.

So far the hotel was ok but first time I pay via transfer bank not the same room that I was ordered from app... I've to pay extra more because the room that I was ordered not the right price ... I hear the issued not only me have the same problem I hope next time will be better after I wrote my experience Best regard, Heri Sutrisno 🙏

It's nice hotel with quite place. But I think they have a staff that almost of all is 'more than 30y.o'. It's little bit annoying when we check in and the front office staff ask my id, while i'm not bring mine. So I offering the staff my partners id, but they reject it and torture me to use my id. However, finally he talked to his friend and accepted my partners id. They don't prepared us some bathroom supplies(such a soap,toothbrush,etc) towels and coffee maker set. Just room only. Before I take the reservation I always check what room we got. And that time I know I will got queen bed, but the reality was I got twin bed. I ask to the staff and he confirm that " yeah in online booking we only sell a twin bed, not queen" yaaaah its ok. Nevermind. But overall is good, nice staff and nice place. Oh ya, they have a canteen that usually sell an indomie, kopisusu and others. So you don't have to go out hotel to get some food. 😅
