Air panas bisa masak untuk seduh kopi, bisa titip tas setelah check out, hanya 1 saja kamar yang saya dapat cenderung lembab. Ada baiknya pilih kamar yang terang dan ber AC karena kalo pakai kipas angin doang cenderung badan jadi lengket. Overall: saya sangat puas menginap di sini.

Staf acuh, tidak ada welcome greetings (lah iya beda banget sama hotel bintang 4 ke atas), sorry, bukannya nyombong, gue biasa nginep di hotel lain di Manahan. Poor human resources. Ngga punya empati apalagi buat lu orang yang traveling jauh. 1 petugas jaga malam. 1 lagi petugas shift pagi/siang. Jangan ngarep dikasih senyum dan greetings yang simpatik sama mereka. Juga anggota-anggota keluarga yang kebetulan ada di area tamu datang, juga ngga nganggep ada tamu. Poor facilities. Bintang 1, ngarep apa. No water heater! Ada 2 ekor cacing kecil di kamar mandi. Poor location. Masuk ke dalam gang. Eits. Tapi ini ngga berlaku loh ya, buat elu emang yang traveling based on budget, atau yang ngga expect tinggi. Satu yang masih bikin happy, ibu yang sepuh malah sikap beliau baik dan perhatian banget. Ada juga seseorang, mbak-nya lumayan masih responsif, gue masih merasa di-wong-ke. Gue yang kepagian (karena bus nyampe kota Solo lebih awal), subuh-subuh udah disapa beliau, malah biarpun belum bisa masuk kamar, beliau nawarin titip tas aja dulu. Sehat selalu ya bu.
