Cleanliness of the room are very good, but because of PSBB the surrounding area are so silent, we want to visit Stark Hotel again when this pandemic over. Last the location is very Near to Airport

I had good time stay here for almost one week. The staffs are nice and the breakfast has some of menu choices so you can choose your own food. Worth it and very recommended !

It was good enough but needs a bit repairing. The water heater didn't functioning well, the highest temperature is just normal not even warm. The only excellent thing is just the location. But overall just OK.

Stayed here before, older hotel but clean rooms and close to restaurants and other businesses. Lippo Mall is just a short walk away. The first room I was in had a very strong smell of paint due to some renovations nearby. They upgraded me to a better room which was very comfortable.

The bathroom was smelly. The bed is too soft for my liking. But the staff are nice.

I choose superior room, maybe wrong choosing the room type, but the room is dirty enough. Blanket feel like wet, smell pillow, dark room situation, crack sink, floor feel dusty. But the housekeeping helpfully enough, I call once time, he coming directly and reclean the room.

The location is undoubtedly strategic. It took us 25 mins to walk from the airport exit gate the hotel's terrace through shortcut alleys. If we carrying a light load, it is recommended to do. Check-in was a breeze. 5 minutes walk to Lippo Mal Kuta. 12 mins walk to German beach. Not sure why the locals call this beach such name. The improvements needed are: whiter towels and a better drainage in the shower. Overall: very good.
