The rooms are clean, the sheets and towels smell clean. The environment is also comfortable. Where's it cheaper? Will stay here again for sure. Hopefully the good service will continue

The hotel is great. The air conditioner in the room is cold and clean. The employees are good. Really cool.

There are different nuances when changing the name from Citihub to Sub City. Maybe breakfast needs to be held again.

The facilities provided are incomplete, and should be notified in the application that there are no special rooms for smoking. No late check out and extend for an additional 4 hours, the same as a 1 day rental. Hopefully with this Sub Hotel can be repaired again in the future.

The AC wasn't cold, the pillow covers and towels smelled musty like someone's used ones, there was no water heater, no coffee sachets, sugar and tea were provided even though I took a deluxe king room, I wasn't satisfied with the maids, it didn't feel like a hotel.
