They put me on the 4th floor, it was a hot day, and AC not strong enough to fight the heat from the roof. Wifi not function.. I have to move twice. first to 3rd floor. Wifi also not function. then they over room in 2nd floor.. which is better since wifi function ok, and AC fine. no more heat.

The quality of tv broadcasts is not good as well as the wi fi signal is not good plus the condition of the bathroom door is difficult to close and the water heater also doesn't work.

The receptionist service was not friendly, the toilet flusher didn't work so when you wanted to apologize (to defecate) you had to leave the room, the room had lots of mosquitoes, and the sheets and towels needed to be replaced. On the 3rd day of stay, because I had to leave at 5 am and the gate was still closed, the employee asked for help to open the gate, his face was really unsightly. Just a suggestion that it should be upgraded in terms of service and facilities, it doesn't matter if the price goes up but the service is better.
