Twinbed messages are applied until the hotel is delivered to double beds, bad. Already paid in the application, it turned out that the price was not appropriate and asked for an additional 20% of the price again, just go there once.

Resepsionisnya kurang sabar dan kurang ramah, kesannya buru-buru. Penginapannya tidak layak huni. Banyak debu. Lantainya tidak bersih, tembok sudah kusam. Kamarnya bau. Kamar mandi tidak layak pakai. Klosetnya rusak, kotor, bikin jijik. Seharusnya direnovasi dulu, saran saja sih. Karena baru pertama datang ke kota itu dan terpaksa karena lebih deket tempat tujuan, makanya nginap di situ (jangan punya pikiran ada harga ada barang tapi kenyamanan, keramahan, kesopanan dan kejujuran itu penting). TV rusak. Lampu-lampu mati. Pintu kamarnya sulit dikunci. Lain kali ke Purwokerto ga mau nginap di sini lagi. Buat teman-teman, tidak usah nginap di sini, tidak recommended. Kecewa dan menyesal.

For the room overall it's good, it's just that the minus on the TV remote doesn't work at all, the wifi password isn't given directly either, and the sockets are minimal so when you're charging your cellphone you have to unplug the TV. Very friendly service + security. Top anyway.

The service is not friendly, an additional 20 thousand is charged in addition to what is written in the application, the room smells of urine, the socket for charging the cellphone is far behind. The bathroom is dirty and ugly and the faucet is stuck. Anyway, disappointing. It was so uncomfortable at 6 am we checked out without taking a shower first. One word sorry.

Far from expectations, vacations with family are less stable. The hotel is not well maintained, the toilet is messy, even the sprinklers are broken. AC is not cold enough. There is no electric plug near the bed. Anyway, really don't stay here.

The water in the shower is dirty, especially at the start. Over time it got a little better. The toilet seat but no jetspray, a dipper is provided but there is no separate bucket or faucet so it has to be accommodated from the shower tub (a bit far), quite inconvenient. AC does not have a remote. Wifi password not provided (had to ask). Drinks are not provided. Others are okay.

If there is a tax other than the purchase tax from the Traveloka Site, the hotel should display it in front of the price.

Usually if the price on the Traveloka Site includes everything, but at the hotel you are still being asked for more taxes. The AC cannot be adjusted, if you want to turn off the AC you have to leave the room first, turn it off, you have to do it.
