I've stayed several days there. The hotel offer stunning view (ocean and mountain) particularly from upper room (I forget the type) . But, if you don't get top room, you can still enjoy scenic view from pool and restaurant. rate is also wallet friendly 😁.

Overall experience staying here was amazing. Lovely hotel design, very aesthetic, beautiful view, calm and quiet vibes, staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mbak Ayu on the front desk. However there are somethings that made me and my family quiet upset. My first room was dirty and filled with ants, even the tissue box is full of them. On the first night I requested an early breakfast box since we must leave early to visit some places in Lombok. However, the front desk (unfortunately I didn't ask his name) never prepared our breakfast box despite telling us that he will prepare three boxes for us so that we can picked it up in the morning. Mbak Ayu helped us reorder the breakfast box, however we are behind on our visit schedule which was incredibly annoying. And again thanks to Mbak Ayu, our second bedroom is amazing, it was thorougly cleaned before we return. Although they need to check the bathroom since the hot water isn't working. Also, maybe fix the elevator, for some guests (especially elderly) it's quiet hard to go up the many flights of stairs, knowing that the restaurant for breakfast is on the 5th floor.

Good place for tranquility. The concept of the whole area and building is great, but such thing requires high maintenance and seems like they don't put much on the maintenance. The lift was under maintenance hence need to take stairs all the way up (5-6 levels). View is great but remember to take the whole stairs. Food is just ok, nothing special. Breakfast is a set menu, not buffet. Restaurant and pool are located in the top floor, so again take those stairs, but you can request the breakfast to be delivered to your room. Service is ok. Location is good, in the heart of Senggigi so close to many attractions.

The resort itself have so much potential, too bad is not well maintained. There are ants and bugs inside the room which actually is kind of fair because of the garden in the room yard but its getting out of control and annoying. I can also say that this resort is not for elderly, other than many stairs throughout the area their elevator is broken while their breakfast area is at the rooftop on the 4th level (staff said that its still under maintenance but we didn't see any maintenance, have also read it in another review mentioned this matter months ago). Staff is okay, only once my husband called the reception for help, and the telephone operator (reception) is responding to her friends loudly during the phone. However, apart from that. They serve delicious and well-portioned a la carte breakfast with many options to choose (possible to have in-room breakfast). Beautiful rooftop pool with great landscape nonetheless.
