This hotel staff is truly friendly and helpful. I visited the hotel first and decided to stay because they sound and feel professional and on top of things. The room by itself was okay too, just like the description. The problem is with the bed: bedsheets, and the towel. The bed cover was greyish in parts, not white, stained with pink and other colors, wrinkly and not crisp like clean sheets typically are. There were also pieces of hair inside/underneath the duvet/bedcover. I seriously thought the sheets on the bed were not washed looking at its condition. I discovered this very late, as I was about to go to sleep, that it felt too late to bother the hotel to change the sheets. There were 2 towels, 1 crisp and new, the other, just grey. I'm sorry I didn't have a chance to take pictures before I left, as I was leaving early in the morning. I also found a dying cockroach in the bathroom in the morning. On the account of the bedding and towels, I would not recommend anyone to stay here until they address these issues. Otherwise, the staff is great, and the location is pretty good, I could walk to nearby restaurants, and there 's a good reflexology place across from the hotel.

Room is dirty, bath room as well. Electricity down, lighting got trouble. Its hard to get it fix fast, service very very slow. Completeness for the toileteries is not check properly. Air con not work well. Other in house part also look dirty and lift aircon not working. Overall not recommended place to stay.

The bedroom was good, but the bathroom was quite stink and there was don't have hot water, and the television doesn't work and there was no clue to turn on the television. I hope the hotel can be better.

I stayed in the hotel from 17 Feb to 21 Feb, and during my stay, the room was cleaned twice only. I had to call many times in a day for a cleaner to come to throw the trash and clean the room but none came. The receptionist is not answering calls which I know she is there. I informed that I would like to continue my stay for a day or two more, I told the lady to send me the amount I need to pay and voila no response at all. I did inform her twice also. When the heavy rain poured, I called for help because the room was flooding and she said, you mean the corridor. I clearly said, its in my room. Take note, I just give birth on the 15th and I stayed there with my baby because my house help was exposed. For the cleaner, he cleaned only the one that is very obvious. If I will not tell that the plastic is trash too, he wouldn't touch it at all when it very obvious that its trash. No changes in beddings, no refilling of coffee or sugar or tea. Not to recommend at all if the staff won't change. The hotel room is okay but staff must be aware of their costumers 😤
