Room and all facilities are OK. Typical Alana/Aston hotel. Room for improvement only check in process. I was arrived at the lobby around 11 am. And check in. They said I need to wait until 2 pm as it 's their policy. I didn't have any issue with this waiting process we wait in the lobby. Because it 's their policy. But until 2.30 pm I didn't have the room. After complaint and re complaining. I only got room at 3 PM. I saw many people haven't got any room until 4 PM. It was a mess.

I had the most pleasant day here. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, the hospitality is good. The facilities are well cared for, the pool always clean (water and surroundings) and when I used the gym every tools were functioning properly. The housekeeping team cleaned my room very well 👍. Everything I requested (for the check in) via application, the receptionist read it carefully and prepare it well. Keep up the good work! And hope I can stay again in Alana 👍

My 9 yrs old grandson loved it so much swimming in the hot pool that he planned to save money to go back there. He even prayed that the Alana hotel wouldn't go bankrupt. Haha. Good job, Alana!

No room service this time. I reached my hotel room at 8.30 PM but they haven't clean it up.
