Nice Hotel specially the hotel staff are very nice and hospitable. The pools and the premises are nice and well maintained. The room itself is outdated, wifi connection in the room is bad and charging possibilities in the room is minimal. Their breakfast buffet is limited.

Room : Not reallly comfortable to sleep. Can hear from the other room music so loud. Annoying. Not soundproof. Breakfast : So so, not so good. A bit boring. Location is good,clean. Staff friendly.

The photos look great! We had trouble with our reservations and the front desk was not helpful in trying to resolve what happened to be a technical issue. The rooms we originally got had toilets that wouldn't flush. We had to call maintenance 3 times in less than 24hrs and had to be in the room for them to be able to come and fix it, which took away from our relaxing time. The second day they ran out of pool towels in the middle of the afternoon. We had to call several times for anyone to come and fix whatever other maintenance issues (A/C stopped working, the light went out in the bathroom, etc.) Housekeeping kept waking us up before 9 AM trying to clean the room. Received random call at 830 from the front checking in on us. I appreciate the sentiment just not that early in the morning. The staff only started asking or names and interacting to find out when we are leaving and it felt like they were just fishing for tips. I wished our stay was more enjoyable.

amazing. i have been going to this hotel since i was 3 years old, and iā€™m 17 now, yet my expectation is always highly exceeded by jayakarta. Thank you!!

Great place to stay, close to the beach... good breakfast, and close to the cafe around. The staff are lovely even one or two bit rude...but who care. Good Room, the housekeeping man so lovely, so far this hotel really great
