The pictures were not the same as the room. Couch was in very bad condition. Bed was small with stains on the sheets. Air conditioner unit was making a terribly loud noise that wouldn't stop. The bathroom was dirty and had mold. Overall it was nothing like it was marketed as. Even the pictures in the elevator were the same as the online photos and it was nothing close to that. Very disappointing.

I have arrived at the apartment on 13.30 but room was ready on 17.00. Check in was a mess, many people couldn't checked in on time. Management and house keeping was awful, lack of coordination.

It is the most worst hotel/accommodations I've experienced ever! The bed sheet was dirty that I have to asked the receptionist to changed it (I asked couple of times for it!). No slipper, the bathroom are so dirty as well. No late check-out possibility while we only could check in at 2 PM, it means we have less than 24 hours to stay. In short I wouldn't recommended this hotel!

The air conditioner in living room leaked so it flooded the floor. There was a small cockroach in the bathroom. The terrace door was not opened by management. Hopefully fixed for the future.

Never stay here. The hot water didn't work. Asked for another room. They didn't respond. The staff is unhelpful. Very slow. Not worth the money spent

Because this is an apartment concept there is no room service. The sofa in the living room looks old and dirty, the dusty floor is not cleaned optimally. Balcony door can not be opened. Dirty bathroom + cockroach. The towels provided were damp and smelly. The bedroom bed was a spring bed, curved creaky and very uncomfortable. The most uncomfortable thing was that 2-3 cockroaches on the sides of the mattress were found in 2 days when I wake up at night. Bad experience with family, will not come back again to stay.
