Nice onsen. The room are large and comfortable but at night there was music from the surrounding environment which sounded quite loud so it was disturbed

Did not change much since the last time I stayed there 4 years ago, perfect cleanliness room+area. But the Breakfast still need more variation and taste. One of the worst sushi ever, just imagine sushi with ginger pickles on top as the topping.

It started with a slow check in due to the non availability of a buggy car. The reception was not that friendly probably due to work load. Cottage was clean and great as usual (our 4th stay). The onsen was not that warm when we used it at 20.00-20.30. I remember that the onsen was warmer on our last visit in August 2022. Breakfast choices were great. However, there were so many flies which made the eating uncomfortable. I guess this aspect needs to be attended to. In all, the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Clean room, nice experience. However, the check in time was late (it was supposed to be 2 pm but they asked us to wait for 1 hour). Also quite noisy bec it was close to the road.

The room was clean, the view is great. I love the private onsen. Oh, they also provided us with a disposable wet suit, so don't worry if you forgot to bring yours. However, it ' s really unfortunate that there ' s a farm near the hotel. It ' s smell bad when the wind blows towards the room.

Nice place althought not really one for the kids (no playground/pool). Worth the money considering the room space provided. Good for travelling in large groups. Food variety could be improved upon.
