This hotel is overrated. i thought becaus it was curated by artotel, the hotel would be good, but it was the opposite.
First of all, the reception was NOT friendly at all when we checked in. No smile, no eye contact, just like robot, typing in our contacts.
The toilet has a bad smell coming from the drainage. The bathroom was flooded due to clogged drain.
And the room was not soundproof. We stayed on 7th floor and we can hear the motorcycle sound and the music.

Hotel advantages:
1. Satisfactory service
2. Excellent facilities (there's a water dispenser so you don't have to buy mineral water, the AC is cool, the hot water is good and fragrant)
3. Excellent cleanliness
4. Strategically located hotel
5. Easy to find food, just leave the hotel and walk.
Suggestion: The hotel parking is far from P5 and the lane is narrow. Hopefully, in the future, this will be changed to a closer parking lot with a less narrow lane.
