The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

Perfect Location, Good Parking Space, well maintained especially for a hotel that is almost 10 years old. Good staff, Perfect size for the room. Value for money. You can upgrade the room with only 50K IDR for the one with the balcony. F&B are a bit pricy though. Prefer to have delivery from outside. Don't forget to try out Giannis restaurant next door. This hotel is perfect for business trip.

The room was clean, the view from the executive room turned out to be directly to the pool, which was cool. Too bad I only stayed for a few hours because I couldn't stay overnight. Next time I really want to stay for 1 day!

The staff is friendly. The room size is quite small and the bathroom door squeaks when opened. The swimming pool is located in the middle and is open from 6 am to 7 pm. It is recommended to choose a room with a pool view but not blocked by the hotel pillars. The hotel is surrounded by quite a lot of cafes and there is a Griya Mart and a pharmacy too.

Check in at 7 pm because we just finished our activities, the sofas are very comfortable.. the swimming pool is spacious & the surrounding area is clean, there is a playground for toddlers. It's complete for healing for a small family.. for the room, it might not be soundproof because every time you pass by the hotel room, you can hear the sound coming out and vice versa.. there is a welcome drink of refreshing ginger water🤗

Stayed 4 nights here yesterday okay but when on the 3rd day asked to clean the room it took so long even though I had put a tag on the door to ask for it to be cleaned since 8 o'clock even though there was an officer from the next room cleaning my room only passed by when I arrived several times I made sure to see again cleaning the room at the end of my room passed in when I was in a position I was going to take a shower and the condition of the soap was out until I called asking for my room to be cleaned quickly, not long after arriving my room was cleaned it was done but when I wanted to take a shower it was almost 12 o'clock the soap and tissue were not refilled as a result I called again and asked for soap even though I had often stayed here but yesterday stayed 4 nights here it felt like the service and cleaning duties were lacking when I was going to take a shower I called at 12 o'clock then wanted to take a shower the soap was not refilled maybe in the future can be more careful especially when it is already noon when the soap is empty the position of the room has been cleaned please be more careful.
