πŸ™† ‍ β™‚πŸ€¦ ‍ β™‚, Not Recommended … We also staying the x 2unit Private Villa and the security and reception Nongsa Point not friendly with us, anything happen & complaint from us, 🀦 ‍ β™‚ always saying β€œDifferent Management”, We customer and we also don't who or where management. And we also scary, if anything happen MAYBE the management not responsible with us, cause different management! Very bad service and we promised not staying at here anymore ….

The room and embiance feeling so nice, happy can staycation with family here, but one think the owner private villa need make Wi-Fi self so no need pay extra only for get Wi-Fi.

Overall this accommodation is good for family gateways, located right by the beach and have a nice swimming pool facing to the beach. Suggest for the room rate including of buffet menu instead of set menu/choices traditional menu. Definitely will come again.

Overall, I highly recommend this place for (a) budget group travelers who do not mind some flaws in their accommodation, and (b) travellers who are planning a relaxing stay and do not mind being "trapped" in the area. Personally, apart from leaving for seafood dinner, we stayed in the area for 2.5 days with water sports, Sunday brunch, and sleep etc. Pros. (+) Price was good for 6 pax accommodation. (+) Quaint and mostly quiet if not for the ongoing renovations around the whole resort (I believe on weekdays only). (+) Villa was newly renovated and generally clean. (+) Water/land activities at their sister resort located a 10 minutes walk away. (+) 110% customer service who is able to advise you on various things if you ask (e. g. Recommendation for seafood dinner, massage place, etc.) (+) Located a 10 minutes drive from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal. Cons. (-) Cleanliness and facilities management can be improved [one faulty bathroom light, washed but stained bed covers, and insufficient hot water (can be used for about 3.5 pax)]. (-) Location is far from city centre. (-) There is no air conditioning in common areas (living and dining rooms) and we had to avoid them entirely. Notes: Private villa managed by a third party and not the resort themselves (i.e. no buffet breakfast from the resort, but I think it worked out for us cause we just wanted to snooze).

Check in at 2 o'clock the villa is still a mess and has just been cleaned, the floor is really wet because it's just been mopped, there's no room key, it's a bit horror too because many villas are empty, it's quiet and calm but it's full of horror.
