We arrived at 12noon. I understand that the place is not ready. They could have asked to sit for a while at least at a waiting area. I was with 2 children 7and 11 yrs old. At 2pm, the room was not ready, they say. After arguing, they gave us a different room. Fine. No one assisted us to bring our luggage to the 2nd fl. No lift. Today, as of 7:34am, breakfast is not ready yet. Good thing our driver will pick us up at 8:30. I don't know if breakfast will be ready by then. The room was not clean. Very disappointing. We are checking out today, I don't think I will ever come back here nor will I recommend to any friends, even enemies.
