We think that the hotel wasn’t ready enough to be opened for guests. There’s no elevator even though our room was on the fourth floor!

Renovation is in progress, fist floor still need to be tidy from renovations to give good impression and not make the woman customers scary. Sorry, please improve.

I'm arrived to this hotel at night because I had something else to deal with prior my check-in. I did called the hotel and been received with good when I'm explain something need to be done so I should do the late check-in. When arrive at this hotel the check-in process was easy and fast. Several need to be improve : - items need for the room (without shampoo) - wifi quality, bad at 3rd floor
