2 stars hotel with 5 stars services! They really strict with covid 19 prevention protocol. Also, one of the services that makes me in awww is when I had dinner on their restaurant. the chef found out I didn’t eat the egg yolk because it is half boiled egg and she over to re-cooked the egg if I don't like the half boiled egg. It was so nice gesture from her. Also one guy at restaurant that had me having his lighter as I don't have mine. Its awesome! They really paid attention into details

Had a very pleasant stay here. Kudos for all the staff with their top notch service. I really enjoyed eating Sup Bontot during my stay here. Definitely recommended!

Overall it 's good, but the air conditioner is not work very well, maybe the management of hotel should always check or maintain the air conditioner.

Still the best place to stay. Not too grand. Not too simple. An average hotel with slightly above standard service. No complain about service and room. Hotel near to city. Walking distance to ferry terminal. Near to food paradise. Hotel management, please try to maintain you pricing. Introduce more room service menu.

Staycation
It was an okay stay. My room does not have any hot water to shower, which was a bit disappointing. And the shower head was not nice to use. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, requested to switch from the city view to the sea view, and they did their best to accommodate me.
