Not bad for a budget hotel. Just don't expect much. The sheets and bed are not entirely clean (I saw some sus stains 😂). The aircon, wifi, and hot water work just fine. The room is spatious (you can bring and open 2 large luggages on the floor and still can dance around the room) The location is very close to Starbucks and lots of other coffeeshops. So, it is ideal if you are a Work from Anywhere person who travels on a budget.

So disgusting, way far from hygiene, the towel so dirty that it became grey, blanket also same as the towel (dirty and much stains). I only check in for couple hours then immediately checked out, not even bother to stay there for long. Sadly cannot add pictures because I'm not taking any photos before leaving.

Potential nice hotel but loosing the soul. The lobby is non air con but the window all closed so the ambience is not fresh at all you get easily sweat if you sit on the lobby.

Zoom has a great location, but unfortunately, even for a budget hotel its not clean enough. I can see the water stains in the bathroom clearly, the wall got some dark spot, and the floor too! Looks like it got some stains.
