The food at the restaurant "Narita bold kitchen" is delicious! Both dinner and breakfast were good. The hot springs also feel really nice. The only downside was the small changing rooms at the hot springs, which were separated for women at night and men in the morning. Especially at night, since they only allowed entry until 11 pm, it seems that the women 's side was extremely crowded, and they were urged by the hot spring receptionist to "please leave quickly." It would be nice if they could make some more efforts, like extending the time for an additional fee or setting limits on the number of bathers, to allow people to comfortably enjoy the hot springs.

Had a pleasant time during staying there. Delicious breakfast with garden view, wide room and also clean. They even provide a big bottle of shampoo, soap and a face soap:) There also shuttle bus to go to Narita Airport and return. Thankyou Nikko Narita Hotel and Traveloka 🫶

Near to the Narita station, near to Chiba town, beautiful neighborhoods, sakura everywhere, lots of food choices, convinient stores nearby, 1st night booked double room, 2nd night booked triple room, lovely staffs, and clean room, tap drink water, save money to buy water. 😊. Appreciate the convenient airport transfers provided by the hotel. The front office offers swift service, with a luggage scale and a nearby Family Mart in the lobby. The spacious and clean room, along with good amenities, make it a solid choice, despite the herbal scent in the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Perfect for late arrivals or early departures from Narita — definitely my go-to for the next Tokyo visit.

Shuttle bus from Narita airport-hotel, vice cersa start at 06.00 am and the last bus is 09.30 PM. Great room, great receptionist, and there is vending machine 7th-12th floor.
