Appreciate the convenient airport transfers provided by the hotel. The front office offers swift service, with a luggage scale and a nearby Family Mart in the lobby. The spacious and clean room, along with good amenities, make it a solid choice, despite the herbal scent in the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Perfect for late arrivals or early departures from Narita — definitely my go-to for the next Tokyo visit.

It has great location, really near Narita airport, and they even have shuttle bus from/to the airport. The room was also clean and spacious.

Room is spacious, bathroom is normal size - unlike other hotels in Japan with small bathroom, with ample amenities, there is 24 hrs Family Mart in the lobby. Breakfast is excellent!

Excellent for going to Narits Airport. Free shutlle to and from Narita airport and JR Narita Station. Room and facities are good as standard Mystays Premier in Japan
