Pros: 1. Location is within a good walking distance from Shinjuku station and within reach of all Shinjuku areas. 2. Plenty of eateries and convenient stores around the hotel. 3. Pretty secured as after certain timing only guests can enter the hotel by swiping the room keycard at the main entrance. 4. Bed is superbly comfortable. 5. Room super compact with a design that every space must have its purpose. 6. Space below the mini study table I used to place my luggage instead of placing below the bed. 7. The corridor was pretty quiet. 8. There is a vending machine and microwave oven located in the lobby in front of the elevators. 9. Smoking room is located on the ground floor, next to the reception. 10. You can opt for a bus back to Haneda Airport from the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower. Tickets can be bought online. Just 5mins walk from the hotel. 11. Nearest laundromat located 2-3mins from hotel, towards the back of hotel. But the space is a bit tight. 4 washing machines at 200 yen per wash (30mins). It will auto dispense detergent, odorless detergent. 3 Dryer machines at 100 yen per 10mins. 30 mins is enough to dry. Whilst waiting for laundry, you can visit Donki across the road. 12. Complete toiletries and amenities. 13. Front office ladies are super helpful, friendly and nice. Cons: 1. Pricey. 2. Room and toilet very small. 3. Toilet, shower space super compact. 4. Unlike some other hotels, this hotel does not have its own laundry room. They have a full pledge laundry service charged by pieces. 5. Housekeeping is done every alternate day. For the price, I was hoping for daily housekeeping. Japanese hotels are very expensive because of their class and stars, as compared to hotels of similar stature in other countries. 6. My room's automatic bidet is not working at all. None of the spray function buttons were working. 7. The worst of all. The noise from the street! The wailing of police and ambulance sirens. Nearby is a hospital. The screaming and shouting of drunk people along the street. Everyday, there are many people hanging out along the street and getting drunk. Nearby a lot of clubs, pubs, and those sleazy services. Comment: The Shinjuku area has lost its Japanese charm. It became such a wild place that it is dirty, noisy and very packed with people. Quite a number of eateries that I used to frequent around Kabukicho before the pandemic were no longer there. A lot of newer eateries. Even Donki seems to have lost its charm. Most shops and department stores are closed by 8pm.

Very good location, in middle of shinjuku area. Close to seibu-shinjuku station and not so far away from shinjuku station. So many f&b around hotel so no need to worry for food if you starving. Only, typical with other japan hotel, space is very narrow. Only bed, and a gang way for luggage and you can not move too much. And so with the bathroom, very efficient space. But all is very clean, comfortable enough for my 3 night stay there. If only the space could be bigger, I would give 5 star for this hotel

The staffs were very friendly and attentive. The room (including the bathroom) was clean. The hotel was nicely located, close to mini marts, restaurants, the vibrant alleys of Kabukicho and a couple of train stations. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Near Shinjuku avenue, it's attractive for walking around the hotel. It's the city environment. For the room, small but it's normal for the city room. The staff is nice and willing to support.
