I love this hotel, the located is strategic. The room and hotel is very clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. Thankyou so much.

The room is small, luckily we brought 2 hand luggage which got enough space to locate. I think it's not suitable to fit 2 big luggage. The location is near to Ueno JR and metro station with 10min walking distances and 15min to Keisei Ueno Airport station. It was quite tiring to walk to or from hotel to station on our last few days of trip.

It was a good hotel though a bit walking from the station. you need to come out from asakusa exit from ueno station to get to the hotel, it was a long way for the first time coming due it is confusing.

It was good, I am just frustrated why the room is very cold when the Ac is turn off 😭so we slept wearing jacket.. the overall temp of the room is cold when the weather is cold too so 😢kinda uncomfortable for that reason
