There were no people at reception counter and we have to call the hotel before we can enter the hotel. The room was clean but after 3pm the cleaner is still cleaning the room. The pass code will be given to customer upon check in via phone but room latch is broken, hair dryer is broken and wifi doesn't work even after complaints.

A budget hotel but with a very nice decor! Very convenient if one wants to get to a supermarket or a mall which are very near. Restaurants are also plenty nearby.. Good for price, comfort and location.

The hotel rooms are very pretty and clean, but the location is too far away with the city. Just fix the tap in the bathroom. Damaged and no tap buttons. Water pressure in the bathroom is low.

Road facing room poorly insulated, I woken up by traffic before 7am. A/C unit rattles every few minutes, air freshener machine in room make loud noise every few minutes giving disturbed sleep. Good value for money though.

Nice hotel, value for money.
Sofa bed was so good can fit up to 3 pax.
Staff very friendly.
We have to wait until 4:30pm to check in because waiting for the room to be ready.

Terbaik. My sister and her husband went for short vacation to LWOT and stayed there for a night. Staff very friendly, he even try to call my sister (they went out from LWOT quite late, so reach hotel a bit late oso). I gave 10 bintang untuk staff service. The room is very clean, new, beautiful. The only thing that I might want to add is the food because they don't have cafe. If they have it, it will be excellent. Overall, Nora bagi 9 bintang (1 bintang lagik reserved for the food next time hihihi).
