1. The location is strategic, close to shops and night markets. I have stayed here before but the condition of the rooms used to be good, now they are very bad and small with the same type and price. 2. There were several cockroaches under the bed. 3. The room is narrow and the bed arrangement is not symmetrical and it's like forcing them into one room so it's uncomfortable, I asked CS to change rooms but they weren't friendly and instead wanted to give me a room with no windows. 4. Hot water doesn't work. 5. No tea/coffee. 6. There is no toothbrush/toothpaste even though there used to be one. 7. Gst 10 myr/ night and deposit MYR50. 8. Stairs only, no escalators/lifts

The bedsheet is awful, very dirty and smelly, it 's like they don't change the bedsheet after 1 cust out. You must ask for the towel or else, they don't prepare it. No lift. And very crowded because the hotel just 5-6 meter from the street where car and people pass by. Its for*fose*hotel.

Hotel is so good. Clean and kinds receptionist. It ' s in alor street. So nearly central city. Only 5 minutes to pavilion. Alor is a paradise food. So recommended to stay at alor boutique hotel.

They don't have lift. You need to use stairs. We already the staff to clean our room but they didn't clean it. In the room we stayed the hair dryer can't be used properly. It turned off by itself even we didn't finish using it.

To many stairs for 80 kg of bags no lift pillows old and not comfortable bed to noise from street at night room smelt of stale smoke and water damaged reception good friendly just hotel sucked.
