Hotel location is superb. Next to mall. Food also plenty to choose from at the mall. Room was good and acceptable for the price paid. Breakfast was alright. Was there for work at Gardens Mall. Will visit again perhaps for staycation.

This is the most expensive and worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. It can basically be said that I am sleeping on the roadside. I want my money back

Very good location, you can spend whole day at midv+garden too. For outstation travellers, just take a bus to tbs then ktm to midvalley will do. Very convenient. Nothing really special about Cititel (food, room, shower) all met 3 stars hotel expectations. The only advantage is really the location if you lazy to drive to Kuala Lumpur.

The air con was not cold. Water in bathtub was yellow. Breakfast was bad. Even the staff at restaurant was not kind. Not rude. But not friendly either. The only friendly staff was those who work at front desk.

No place to parking. For visitor come from other place don't know how to find a parking place and when parking under the supermarket car park, need to take a belonging walk all the way to the hotel to check in or check out.
