worth with the price. just the toilet floor 'air bertakung' due to fail leveling of floor. the water can't go to floor trap smoothly. need to swipe. the television also don't have any channel.

Location wise, it's good. But the service is bad especially on the first night stay. The whole block was blacked out due to the faulty fuse at the electrical supply. It took them 3 hours plus to reinstall the power and getting the lights on.
