Business travel

The facilities in the room is very old and not well maintained. The wire of the tv gt sounds and luckily I have discovered it and ask the mechanics to fix it. No toiletries provided in the room, no shampoo, shower gel etc.

Family vacation

The prime asset for the hotel was it location.. just beside Suria Sabah shopping centre as well as beside wisma Merdeka.. Gaya sunday market, Todak waterfront, Philippines market, Central market, Fish market, Jesselton jetty is within walking distance from hotel. Breakfast was tasty enough.. View from Restaurant can see Gaya island and sea in back.. The negative was short of parking.. extremely limited..

Business travel

stay there for 3 days during my first week in kk and 1 day for my second week in kk. overall the room is quite good, service is awesome and location is great because it is located at the opposite of suria mall. however, one night we discovered a cockroach in the bath room while my friend was taking shower and the soundproof is bad as we can heard people walking and talking in the corridor. overall I'll give 3 stars over 5 stars for this hotel

Romantic Vacation

◾We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. ◾Amazing location. When you come out from Gaya Centre Hotel, in front you is Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. ◾Check in was smooth and friendly. ◾All staff members were professional and pleasant. ◾Wonderful experience! We will most definitely stay here again!
