Family vacation

Staf hotel okay - bellboy service excellent very helpful. Room consider to price means okay. Breakfast food especially egg smelly. But compare to money okay. The rest okay 👍

Family vacation

Very pleasant to stay here. Although it can be classified as a old hotel but the services offer by them is professional. After check out, one of my luggage had been lost and maybe still at my room. I've contacted the hotel and unbelievably they found my lost luggage. thank you grand continental hotel staff. you all are the best...

Family vacation

The breakfast is nice. only 12th floor wifi is not working, informed by hotel to use connect other floor router but still working. Even lobby wifi speed is also slow, hope hotel can improve on this. Thanks a lot for the hotel.

Family vacation

I had the most pleasant stay at hotel grand continental kuching. The accommodation went to extra miles to my needs. Located in the heart of kuching city. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Check-in : 29 june 2019 check-out : 30 june 2019 room type : deluxe room (king sized-bed)

Check-in time is at 2.00PM. Guest must present Traveloka e-Voucher upon check-in and valid Identification Card or Passport is required for registration. Hotel reserve the right to collect additional refundable deposit upon check-in. During COVID-19 MCO, Hotel allow bookers based on two restriction. two types of guests are allowed to check in: 1. Essential services guests: must have supporting documents from their respective organisations and stamped approval from authorities. 2. Additional breakfast is chargeable at MYR24.00 per adult and MYR15.00 per child (6-12 years old).
