This is one of the best hotel I tried. The location, ambience, and others were good. But you need to train your staff in the staff in the receptionist to give her smile when customers talk to her.

Locations is good. Near alor street or KKV bukit bintang. But the room is not clean. Theres a box cigarets in my new room.

Hotel located at city center, near Jalan Alor Bukit Bintang. Breakfast has some option and tasty. I booked room for 4 person and it was very spacious. All staff are friendly.

We arrived midnight front desk really helpful to provide assistance for luggage then he replaced our quad room still renovated with two connecting rooms. Great location KK mart and sevel. Indian al wira restaurant available 24/7.

Hotel is in good location which 5-7mins able to reach pavilion but the room condition is nasty with dirty floor and there are rubbish under the bed which is unacceptable. The quality of the water is yellowish and the kettle provided unable to use as well cause it 's rusty. The towel provided also a meh. Quite a terrible experience as the air conditioning is not function properly where sleep until can sweat.

We have 3 days vacation in malaysia and we have good experience stay in this hotel, they cleaning the room for every day and also towel changed for everyday. This hotel is recommended, near to alor street also.

The receptionist is very bad. All the staff is too rude and unpolite. Room dirty wifi very slow. The management please teach your girl staff how to respect customer.
