Xde tap water, it's hard to shower.

I booked 3 houses from this place. The owner (husband and wife) is clearly having a trust issue (the husband) which is quite surprising, I wonder if he ever dealt with 3rd party booking site before, if he does not, I suggest he stick with local site mudah.my for example. 1. Anyway the ads in app is quite misleading (who's idea to put it tht way anyway? For example in one house site mentioned 6 guests, so reader 1st impression is the number of room must be 3, once booked and called owner to confirm only be to be told its wrong and if we want to change to the right one, need extra payment (1st hassle). 2. And husband is quite rude and cynical 3. One of the aircond is not working, once relay the info, only to be told off/scold by the husband that its to late for him to change/fix bla bla. Quite angry tone at that (clearly this man never get a memo about customer service, and -please you want a business like others, you need to improve certain behaviour (2nd hassle). Will never come again to this place and let me tell other readers, lesson I learned, there are plenty of homestays, hotels, motels etc in this area, you don't have to put up with this unsatisfactory one, you aint miss anything , trust me,period.

Nice place, room cleanliness and the owner is friendly

Spacious , comfy and clean. Breakfast is awesome , lunch in kuala kemaman and all the time satar, keropok lekor.

Worth the price. The homestay owner is very nice, friendly and helpful. Definitely should ask for suggestions about food or nearby places

Comfortable accommodation for family vacations, plenty of food options and shopping at nearby stores as well as friendly homestay owners.
